4. Google Contacts Integration

When you use the "Import from Google" feature:

• You grant BluejayCares temporary access to read your Google contacts
• Access is used only to import contacts you select
• You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
• BluejayCares complies with Google API Services User Data Policy

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Do not share your account with others
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. BluejayCares does not claim ownership of any information you store in the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

BluejayCares is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
